Registration Fee Update

The registration fee has increased this year due to a significant rise in facility usage fees. We will implement new fees over the next three years as necessary. This year, each team will be charged a flat registration fee of $100.00 per team.

Registration Process for the Regional Tournament

Currently, you cannot register for the regional tournament on the Odyssey of the Mind national site.

Your team will not be officially registered until the following have been received:

• Team's registration
• Coaches’ clearances
• Judges' registrations
• All registration fees

All these requirements must be completed by the registration deadline.

Steps to Register Your Team:

1. Visit the "Member Area" on the national website.
2. Log in with the username and password provided during registration.
3. Verify that your team information is correct:
   • Update any contact information for the coaches.
   • Add team members (before the deadline) if the original roster has fewer than 7 members.
   • Note: You cannot remove team members.
4. Look for the link to register for the East Central Tournament and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your registration.
5. Judges/volunteers will receive confirmation with a username and password, allowing them to update their information on the website.
