Registration Fee Update

The registration fee increased last year due to a significant rise in facility usage fees. This year, the registration fee will remain the same. Each team will be charged a flat registration fee of $100.00 per team.

Registration Process for the Regional Tournament

Your team will not be officially registered until the following have been received:

• Team's registration
• Coaches’ clearances
• Judges' registrations
• All registration fees

All these requirements must be completed by the registration deadlines.

Steps to Register Your Team:

1. Visit the "Member Area" on the national website.
2. Log in with the username and password provided during registration.
3. Verify that your team information is correct:
   • Update any contact information for the coaches.
   • Add team members (before the deadline) if the original roster has fewer than 7 members.
   • Note: You cannot remove team members.
4. Look for the link to register for the East Central Tournament and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your registration.
5. Judges/volunteers will receive confirmation with a username and password, allowing them to update their information on the website.
